The domeba success story began when it was founded in January 1998, when the internet was still a long way from being as popular, mature and fast as it is today. After developing a prototype, we presented the first independently developed software product in 2003: LeManSys. With this innovative instruction software, companies were able to set and maintain their own, individually adapted instruction content for the first time. Statutory training could now be carried out independent of time and location.

Our LeManSys learning management system immediately piqued the interest of the professional world. In particular, the intuitive operation and independence from the system provider set new standards. Right from the start, we made the highest demands in terms of usability and functionality of our software solutions.

iManSys – for all compliance requirements

In the past few years, we have further expanded our product range. By merging all our individual services into one modular software package, iManSys was created – a software solution for all company compliance requirements. Many well-known customers and numerous awards testify that we are on the right track.

Today, with our iManSys product family, we offer your company software solutions for various areas in the occupational health and safety domain. These include, among other tasks, employee training, risk assessment, competence management, preventive occupational health care, document publishing and employee motivation. iManSys supports managers and security specialists in meeting all their company’s compliance requirements.

We have an international partner network and maintain clients in all industries. Thoughtfully designed concepts, powerful products, clear ideas, motivated employees and long-term experience form our recipe for success and continue to determine our in-house product development to this day.

Since May 2019, Jens Fabian has been an additional managing director at domeba. While founder and CEO Matthias Domes is primarily responsible for product development, Fabian is responsible for marketing, consulting and sales. Together with the entire domeba team, both pursue the goal of driving growth sustainably and meeting the challenges of the market with the right solutions.
